trip to angel falls

Hi All Afriend would like to see Angel Falls in Venezuela while on holiday in T&T. He is not able to trek so I guess it would just be a flight over the falls. Can this type of trip be arranged ,if so when is the best time and what would be the cost.? Grateful for any help

    Geographically speaking, this would be about 1.5 hour flight if you draw a straight line between Port of Spain and Angel Falls. However, there is no commercial flight. Chartering this would be terribly expensive. You could always fly to Georgetown Guyana, then take a day-trip flight up to Kaeiter Falls. Excluding the airfare to/from Guyana, the day trip costs ~$400 US, but includes meals, accommodation, transport.

    Thanks for the info ,but I rather think that trip is a bit of a no no!! Maybe they should base themselves in Isla Margarita
