Hi all, has anybody rented a car in Trinidad? Do you know where to pick the car up? Is it possibile to pick up the car in Trinidad and leave it in Havana? Is it necessary to book in advance? Thanks, Sergio
Hola This is entirely possible I generally fly into Varadero, rent a car at the airport and then head to my Casa where ever it may be. Here is a site to check out cuba-junky.com/cuba/carrenta... Dropping the car off in a different location will be more expensive much like anywhere. So care is need while driving in Cuba ... lots of unexpected things and driving conditions. Cubacar is probably the biggest renter there. You probably won't have a problem dropping the car off in Havana but it's gonna cost ya. Watch out for the donkeys. Here's their website and it gives all the locations: cubacar.info/englisch/index....
