I'm thinking of visiting Treviso at the tail end of a trip to Europe this Spring. While I have some acquaintances there, I think it might be best if I just stayed on my own in a hotel, etc. Hoping someone can offer some suggestions about a good, safe place to stay for less than 50 Euros per night. I am looking for the cemetary of my husbands grandparents l was told that there is about 5 cemetaries in Treviso. Does anyone have a list of the cememtaries in Treviso or know how l can obtain this information. When we visited Venice last year we had the opportunity to visit but decided not to go because we where unsure as to which cememtary it was.

Hi We will be based in Treviso for the Under 20 World Cup Rugby in June 2011. We will need to travel from Treviso to both Padova and Rovigo to watch games that start at 16.10, we would like to watch games that start at 20.10 as well but are unsure about getting back to Treviso. What we need to know is what is the best way to get to Padova and Rovigo, how long does it take and how would we get to the Stadio's that the rugby is at? We are first time travellers so are very very nervous about all of this.

Hi! I am coming to Trevisio with my family next saterday, we are going to Duna Verde next to Porto Santa Margerita, and we are going by plane to Italy, Trevisio airport. My wife don't want to rent a car so we have to find another way of transport. Could someone help me? Folks, I have spent the last two hours looking at websites for trains and buses but they all assume I want to go to Venice. I am flying Jet2 from Leeds and landing at Marco Polo but have a hotel booked in Treviso for the rugby in October. Does anyone know if there is a bus service or train service from MP airport to Treviso please? Thanks a lot Bob

Does anyone know what train or how I can get to the Venice port (cruise terminal) from the Treviso center train station? We are cruising at the end of the week and the hotel does not offer a shuttle. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thanks, K

Hi. Checking the trenitalia website that was listed in the previous post, it seems that there is only 1 train from Treviso to Conegliano on the day that I am searching. It is a Sunday, and I checked the Sunday before and the Sunday afterwards and they both have multiple trains listed, but the day I am searching only has one! Any ideas why this is? I am ultimately trying to reach Cison di Valmarino and have been told to take the train to Conegliano and then the bus. By the way, any ideas about how to get the bus schedule from Conegliano to Cison di Valmarino? Thank you!

I am flying into treviso airport in may but my friend has a fear of escalators. Are there escalators in the airport??? If so does anybody know if there are also elevators? Somebody please help lol

Hello! Please let me know the best way to travel from Venice to Musano. I figured the train from Venice to Treviso would be the best option but then I am not sure how to get to Musano from there!!! Please let me know your thoughts. Please note that I am travelling with a one year old baby and am looking for the easiest route. Hi VTers, I need some help here as I am still not sure how I shall travel. We (4 ppl) will be landing in Treviso next December and this is our itinerery. 1 night in Treviso, visit Venice and travel up to Vipiteno as a holiday base. Our aim is to visit Christmas markets such as Vipiteno, Merano, Bolzano and maybe Innsbruck. We would like to rent a car from Treviso since we will return back there after the week is over. Our only concern is the snow in alto adige. We will be staying in a farmouse 1200mt above sea level and altough I was assured that on a daily basis the council wipes the snow of the roads I am still worried that this might ruin the holiday. We never travelled in December and never expirienced driving in snow. Any suggestions please?

I'm an active 40+ Aussie & this is my first trip abroad departing mid May. Dubai 2day stopover then London 1 week with friends. Paris on our own for 4 days - doing Moulin Rouge Show & museum tours. June 1st -10 day bus tour from Rome, Florence & Venice & then spending 3 weeks in Treviso with family. I would like some suggestion on appropriate clothing for any or all of the above.

Hi, I'm looking for a hotel close to the Treviso Train Station just for an overnight stay, nothing fancy but clean. This will be on arrival to Treviso and will be heading to Venice the next morning so basically looking for something convenient so we don't have to travel at night. Any suggestions? Our plans were to travel from Treviso Airport to the Treviso Train Station by taxi hoping to find a hotel close by and then catch a train to Venice the next morning. I am at the end of my wits here. On the google map, going from Treviso to Bled looks like a breeze. I thought I just need to take the train from Treviso to Venezie, then catch the train to Ljubljana. Then a bus to Bled. However, multiple checks reveal that there is only night/overnight trains available from Venezia to Ljubljana. I would like to travel during the day on 23 Jan 2009. Any possibility that you know of that you could share with me?
