1 day in Toulouse & somewhere to store my luggage

Hi, I'll be arriving in Toulouse around 10am and leaving the same evening around 9pm. Apart from catching a shuttle bus to the city I haven't got any plans yet. Usually I'm better prepared, but this is a very short notice work trip. A couple of questions: 1. Is there anywhere I can leave my suitcase - airport, coach station? 2. What are some of the top things to do/see in a day? I'll be returning a few days later and spending a week there, so hopefully will have a chance to follow up on my Toulouse-in-a-day experience.
