We were going to do the train but it appears there is no line direct. Should we alight at Lloret or Blanes? Anyone know of any decent affordable coach/mini buses that would take 12 of us? Travelling late April 09, arrive Weds deaort Saturday. Thanks HArry
Hi no railway in Tossa. I assume you land BCN airport (not GRO nor football club stadium :) According to www.mobilitat.net you could take a train -change in Sants- to Blanes and then bus to TdM http://www.transPujol.com A:)

Hello, I am not sure whether you are going straight froim the airpost but it looks like you will need to go into Barcelona then get a bus direct to Tossa By Bus which is what we did. Catch the bus leaving Placa Catalunya run by Sarfa. The bus runs about once every hour starting at 8am, last bus back at 8pm. Tickets are 7,80 one way or 15,60 return. Journey takes 1h 20min. You can find the full time table at www.barcelonanord.com. Have fun, Tossa has great beaches and fantastic food if you search around. Best wishes Spacehopper

Hi Harry Did you have any luck last month with a recommended minibus company? We're a group of 7 and I'm hoping a minibus or people carrier would be cheaper than two taxis. Any idea of cost or who to ask? Thanks! Nita
