Re: spainish nightlife
I can't really help on specific places, but just to say that salsa dancing, even it has become quite popular in Spain in recent years, is a Caribbean dance, nothing to do with "traditional Spanish nightlife". And Flamenco (not flamingo) dancing is only traditional from Andalucia (South of Spain), not from the area you are staying. There are flamenco shows in all touristy resorts because tourists want to see it, so probably you'll find some, but please understand this is *not* traditional from the area you're staying.
Hope someone familiar from the area can point you to where local people go!
