Urban Living Suites-Decent place to stay?

Anyone know of Urban Living Suites? I am coming to visit Toronto for the first time and really like the location of this hotel. I have already booked the stay and should have checked reviews out first but I was so sick of looking already. They are located at 785 Dundas West. Thanks for your help.
