Hi all,
Looking to do a Niagra Falls with Lady of the Mist organised day tour by bus, with pick-up from hotel, at the beginning of September. Would it be cheaper to book online now or wait until I get to Toronto. What tour company would you recommend?
Would like to see the Toronto Blue Jays baseball game on Saturday, 31st August at 1:07pm. I have looked at ticket prices online with MLB Tickets Experts (baseball-tickets-now.com. The ticket price I chose is $24 + $4.08 service fee + $40 delivery, $68.08 total. Ticket price although way back in the arena is good, but the delivery charge is extortionate. Thinking of waiting until I get there to book, or would all the tickets have been sold by then?
Many thanks,
Keith
Hi - are there any options for picking your ticket up a the Will Call Box Office or printing them out yourself? I think tickets sold through Ticketmaster offer at least one of those options.

I was referring to the Blue Jays tickets.

Agree with Donna. Either do will-call or print the tots. $40 is crazy! They are playing the Royals that day so I doubt that it would be a sellout. I would either print or wait to buy when you get there. The stadium has a dome so weather is not an issue.
I did the Maids of the Mist on my own..so not sure about a tour.
Sept is a GREAT time to visit the Falls...

While the Blue Jays will have a better team this year they seldom sell out. I would wait until you get to Toronto and pick tickets. Sure there is a risk but you are likely to pay far less at the last moment. I saw a Blue Jays game in 2011 in summer and the park was more than half empty and didn't pay a premium for the tickets.

i went to niagara falls twice.. and i went by my own... you shouldn´t have any problem.. if you need a bus, a taxi, walk, the boat maid of the mist, walking behind the falls.. it´s such a small place.. one street has everything... not sure about the game

Did you go to Niagra Falls by yourself on a public bus. If so, where did the bus depart from etc and did you do this trip in a day. Any further info on your two trips would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
Keith

Blue Jays tickets?
Aug 31 the Jays play the Royals.
They do the same thing Aug.30 and Sept .1
It's a big stadium .
You can get a ticket somewhere on any day.
Buy your ticket at the box office.
Just re-arrange your schedule to suite.
I would suggest a Level 200 ticket on the west side.
Pricey , but the view is great .
A beer, pretzels, etc .
The game is not an issue.
Besides, you do not probably understand what is going on.
Niagara Falls ?
To make things easy it's probably easier to book a bus tour from Toronto which should/would include some stops at wineries .
Leave the driving and logistics to someone else , unless you like the adventure.

Thank's for that. Will buy my ticket from the box office. A tour bus looks the favourite for the Niagra Falls trip. Would it be cheaper to buy a ticket in Toronto or book online?

yes i took a public bus... last time i stayed there.... this time only oneday... you could take maid of the mist... there´s also one Street Clifton Hill where you could find restaurants and attractions... i got there by bus from toronto.. from the bus station i took a bus to go to the city.. i think you could buy one day ticket... there´s also a casino... and a yellow bug elevator, where you can see the falls from there..

Can't comment on blue jays ticket but when we visited Toronto we booked a tour to Niagara. It included hotel pick up and drop off, trip on maid of the mist, time for lunch in Niagara, wine tasting and a visit to Niagara on the lake which was beautiful and highly recommend. This made our trip a lot easier and gave us the opportunity to do a few thing in one day, although I wished I had stayed overnight in Niagara on the lake it was beautiful!

Thank you for that. Did you book the tour in Toronto whilst you were there, or online before you went. Which tour company did you use?
I believe Chairots of Fire is a popular company with tourist.

Hi we booked before we went and went with zoom tours they were excellent and I would highly recommend them. Answered all my questions before we went and wasn't too big a group and plenty of opportunities for photos.
