Ping Pong in Tokyo

I'm considering stopping off in Tokyo before or after a visit to China to photography for a project I am working on about ping pong. Are there any places in Tokyo to play ping pong, I'm especially interested in outdoor public places like parks where people might play. Thanks, Douglas
