Tokyo Hilton to Tsukiji Market

How far is the Tokyo Hilton Hotel from the Tsukiji Market? How do I get from the hotel to the Fish market at 5am on a Monday? The Tsukiji Market is not part of our tour. However, I would like to visit the fish market in the morning before my tour leaves the hotel after breakfast.
