Shinjuku to Disneyland Resort

I plan to transfer from a hotel in Shinjuku to Disneyland resort WITH 1 big luggage and 1 kid. If I were to take a train on a Sunday from Shinjuku station around afternoon, how crowded would the train station be? What is a better option to go about doing this transfer to minimize the hassle? Appreciate your advice. Thank you.
