Can some please plan a sightseeing day for me?

We have one day t osee the main sites of Toky, temple, japanese garden, tower etc We will be on foot, can some one pleae do up a oitinery and how to get there from each place for me? Our base is Tokyo Disney and I wantot wend the night atthe second hand record shops :) Thanks
