    There is a 7-11 nearby. While i don't know for sure, i'd bet there's a 100Y shop somewhere nearby.

    There's one inside the Plena Makuhari building (2-4 Hibino, Mihama Ward, Chiba), which is right next to Kaihin Makuhari station.
