Hello, we are two people from spain. we will go to tibet and kailash at first of august and we need two people more to take a car and do all the tour by land. Travel Buddy, as mentioned above, is indeed a good resource to find travel partners. However, from my search on our potentail Tibet trip, I can safely comment that foreigners are not allowed into Tibet overland. Instead they have to hire a package, which will include permits etc, in addition to train/plane tickets. While searching, I found www.cafespinn.com a useful resource for Tibet Travel.
