Hi. I need some help for planning a 9 day trip from October 20. Is it possible to see Jerusalem, The Death Sea and Eilat for diving ? Our ( my wife and me) plans is to stay 3 or 4 nights in Tel Aviv and make one or two daytrips to Jerusalem, before renting a car and going south. The day of departure we have a late flight, so I'm thinking of going directly to Tel Aviv airport from Eilat. How does this plan look for you experts ? Best regards Jesper
We've booked flights to spend a week in Israel (so excited!) and are now perusing a map trying to decide where to go, how long to spend where, whether to bus it or hire a car etc etc. We have definitely decided visiting Nazareth, Jerusalem & Dead Sea is a must, everything else is a possibility. We also don't want to cram too much in and feel too rushed to enjoy taking our time exploring. If there is one place/thing you would recommend to us, your input would be much appreciated. As always on VT, the opinion of someone who has been there before can be invaluable! Thanks!
Do I need a 3 prong adapter for the Royal Plaza Hotel in Tiberias and the Le meridien hotel in Dead Sea, Israel? I have the two prong adapter but not the 3. thank you, paul

I am having loads of difficulty finding out about the holiday schedules for transport around Israel between 14 and 23 October (Succot etc). I know the kineret is a beautiful lake, but Im wondering, will I (28 years old) be bored silly in Tiberias for 2 weeks? is it easy to get from Tiberias to other cities? its not a very central location...
