biking through and to The Hague Stations

hello, im busy figuring out how to bike between Den Haag Centraal Station and Den Haag HS. I live in the Valkenboskwartier and I also wanna figure out how to bike to Den Haag HS from my place, cause i always bike to Central Station. Does anyone know whats the best, easiest way from my place and between the two stations? thanx!
