Employment opportunities in Gambia

I've spent five months working as a volunteer in Gambia and have decided I would like to move there. Can any one give me any suggestions as to how to go about finding paid employment there?. I've always worked in tourism (I've lived in Tenerife for the past 15 years. Thanks Star.
