Paradise island - good choice in March ?

I would like to know: - is the water temperature in pools and slides in Paradise island warm enough in the end of March ? Because i have read, that the sea temperature in that period isnt ideal for swimming... - if i stay in Harbour resort in Paradise island (which isnt so expensive as the Atlantis resort), can i also use free all attractions in this island (slides, pools etc.) ? Thanks
