Looking for a place to buy baby gear while staying at Atlantis

Can someone tell me if there is a place either on Paradise Island or Nassau to buy baby gear. We are worried that the cribs will not work out for active toddlers that Atlantis supplies and are wondering where we could buy pack and Plays if we need them. Thanks
