white water rafting

Hi. I'm looking to go on a white water rafting trip during my stay in Thailand in May. I'll be in Chiang Mai and Krabi. Any recommendations on where to do it if at all? I thought it might be a nice change from elephants, temples and beaches. Thanks, Stacy
