On behalf of the visiting In-Laws I would like to ask the number of the best bus(es) to take from the Travel Lodge on Drury Lane to the Tower of London and back...

We would like to know busses only as FIL has a free bus pass ...thanks in advance...K

I would hate to drive round the china clay area, near St Austell, not know where the best vantage point was for photographs. I have looked at some spectacular photos in books but they don't say exactly where they were taken or if there are any access restrictions. Can anyone help?
Also, is there more than one access road (gate) to the Eden Project or does everyone have to approach from the same side?

I will be visiting the lake district with my family for about three nights at the start of June (We have a 3 year old and an 8 month old)

Can anyone recommend some excellent accomodation near any of the lakes? We visited Bowness-on-Windermere briefly last year and were enchanted.

Budget is a consideration & self catering is fine, but our main desires are cleanliness, scenery and hopefully the likes of a rustic log fire!

My dilemma is ,without car Hire what is the best to get to the circuit over the three days on which it's held , from our tossa de mar base?

I don't think that I was very clear in that query. Please let me try again. I am landing on a BA flight at LHR Terminal 5 on Sunday mid morning. A friend, who is also flying BA, is expected to arrive at LHR Terminal 5 a couple of hours later.

Is there a comfortable place (with luggage in tow) that I can watch the screens to see the status of her flight and wait for her to clear customs we can then meet up so we can then proceed to the Heathrow Express?

Hi ! We are two active 60 yo..we will be walking Hadrians Wall Path, after spending time in Newcastle,before catching public transport to our start in Whitley Bay. May we have some suggestions for Must See,visit ,explore places...reachable by public transport? Other VT's have advised to purchase Eurostar tickets in advance for trips for example London Brussels changing to Amsterdam. How much time in advance is recommenced to get a good price? We are now looking at 3 months from now/May 26st. Also there are 4 seniors traveling together, if that makes any difference. In Brussels changing trains to Amsterdam, there is 15 minutes between trains, does that seem like enough?

I arrive at Terminal 3 around 11:30 a.m. and my friend arrives at Terminal 4 around 12:15 p.m. Do I get my bags and go through immigration before I meet her? Where should I meet her at Terminal 4? Will she already have her bags and have gone through immigration? About how long will it take?

I plan to visit London on June 18. And then I will visit Bath on June 23. From Bath I would like to visit Norwich on July 1. Finally on July I plan to leave Norwich directly to Heathrow Airport in London. What kind of mas transportation I can take for the journey?

My friend wants to know the best transportation for travelling between both airports? How long would it usually take?

I will arrive on July, on a Sunday at 12: 25 pm. Then I have to take my next flight ( I bought it separately) to Germany at Terminal 5, at 15:10 hrs.. Will I have the time? Or I better change my ticket to next departure that is at 19:00 hrs.
