all packages I've seen going to the mt bromo area are only 1 night stay and leave the area right after the dawn tour. Is there really nothing else to do besides watching dawn? I would prefer to stay 2 nites and have time to rest and do something in the afternoon, but i'm not sure what...
I guess the answer is don't use a tour. Other than Bromo theres other volcano's both live and dead that you can climb...and lots of interesting hillside villages. Enjoy!

after dawn, u could wonder around the area by horse, u could go down n climb tengger crater n clim batok hill. if u wanna go any further, u could reach ranu pane lake @ foot hill of mt semeru 4 more info, visit eastjava.com/books/bromo/htm... have a great visit, happy
