Hi, I need to travel from telford to Birmingham airport this weekend. usually do this by train , but was wondering if the trains were cancelled due to this recent snow will there be buses provided??
It is unlikely that an alternative bus will be provided (other than for passengers in transit). Train operators (like airlines) have a legal reponsibility to get those who have begun their journey to their destination, but not those who have not yet begun travelling. I suggest you check for potential problems either on the day you travel or the evening before (depending on flight time) on www.nationalrail.co.uk

If it helps, I was working in Telford this week, and some colleagues used the trains on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday OK. You no doubt know...Take the train to New Street then change to the London/Coventry train for the NEC/BHX station (one stop)
