Hi! I read here that it is forbidden to make pictures from the metro in Tashkent, is that true?? I love the metro and always take loads of pictures...
Unfortunately yes, as underground stations are considered to be military installations. You could probably manage it if no guard was about but having said that, personally I would not take the risk

Neither would I, especially on the platform. I was pulled up very sharply by a man in a big hat when I tried it on my first visit to Tashkent.

I would definitely ask a police officer for permission. Noel Gallagher once said, "Never get arrested in a country that doesn't use your own alphabet." And even though Uzbekistan just recently ditched the Cyrillic scripture, I'd still put it in the same category as a place to not screw around with the authorities!
