hi, So far, all uzbek local food are said to be halal. This includes fresh meat sold at shops. but it doesnt hurt to ask if the food is halal. Food served at Le Grand Plaza Hotel (retaurant) is halal. just to note: the word "XALOL" is russian/yzbek for halal
