hi i will go to visit tashkent after 3 days so i'm asking how can i take mony to uzbekistan and if there is international banks there ... is it beter to leave the mony in my hand or there is A.T.M there i wont to know what is the best way ... thank you any way

No ATM whatsoever, better stick to the banks exchange offices in town, any hotel has something, any 5* hotel for sure. Do not go for street currency exchange - their rate these days is very close to an official one - 1000 sum per dollar versus 951 sum per dollar, I am sure you can make it for 3-5 dollars to any place in town from the airport.
