Is it possible to get a bus timetable: we have been a couple of times to Taormina and now feel more adventurous and would like to get around by public transport. Jenny Firbank
Hi, you can travel throughout Sicily by bus without a problem. Blue buses connect cities and orange buses are the local ones. Unfortunately, all bus services in Sicily are privately owned and they all have their own timetables. One tip:- make sure you stamp your ticket when you get on a bus in Sicily. Travelling with an unstamped ticket can attract a 50 euro fine.
