Fishing In Marroco

I live on the southern coast of Spain. and I am expecting a visit form an old friend on Thursday this week. We have always dreamed of going big game fishing or even just deep see fishing / wreck fishing either from marroco, Portugal or even here in Spain. So far I have only found extermely expensive options here in Spain and thought maybe I should look at Marrocco (Tangier) I would be so grateful if someone out tehre could help me find somewhere where I could make this possible with my old friend.
