Is there enough to do in Ybor City for a 55 something couple for the whole weekend, Saturday thru Sunday nite?

It's a good place for a meal and perhaps one stroll, but I'm not sure what you'll do the rest of the time during the day. There aren't any museums or other such places to keep the interest. There are some interesting buildings...I would definitely recommend a walk. Be sure to look for the cigar rolling going on in some of the storefronts. Great restaurants, including the Acropolis for Greek. I've heard the Columbia is fun, as they have the flamenco dancers. Nightlife is definitely geared towards the 20- to 30-something group.
