How do we get from Taman Negara/Jerantut to Langkawi?

Hi guys, Can anyone tell us how to get to Langkawi from Taman Negara or Jerantut. We are heading to Taman Negara and thereafter want to travel to Langkawi. Any ideas? Is it easier to travel to Georgetown (Penang) first and then take the ferry crossing to Langkawi? Many thanks Hardus

Easiest is back ot KLIA and take a flight. By land you could take bus to Alor Setar and ferry from there. KL to Alor Setar by bus is around 4-5 hrs.
