I arrive in Tallinn next wednesday and am bringing my GSM phone which works in Europe. Does anyone know where I can buy a local SIM chip with talk time in Tallinn? thanks, j
Wide selection is available in any shop or kiosk. Assuming you're arriving by plane, you can buy a SIM-card at the airport. I recommend Smart by TELE 2. Calls cost 2.80 kroons (28 US cents) per minute at daytime, cheaper from 8 pm to 8 am and in the weekends. Starting package costs 45 kroons, the package contains a SIM-card and calling time for 45 kroons.
