This April I'm going to travel from Tallinn to St. Petersburg, and now I'm wondering about the different options. I did find out about buses going to St. Petersburg, but I wonder it I should make any reservations to ensure having a place. Any information on useful websites? And what about the other direction, from St. Petersburg to Tallinn? And suppose I would like to catch a boat from Tallin to St. Petersburg, would that be possible at a reasonable price? And how long would that take? As far as I can tell, I have the impression that no ferries make their way to SPB at that time of the year (first half of April) Loads of other questions, but I'll stop for now, hope to hear anything soon ! Thanks in advance !
The only way to get to St Petersburg is by bus. eurolines.ee/index.php?actio... There is no ferry connection at the moment, they even sold the ferry :) And there is no train connection between the cities. I think its good to make reservationst earlier.
