Hi, Firstly, thanks for this really wonderful forum. I'll be travelling to Scandinavia this summer of 2004 and would like to do a day tour to Tallinn from Helsinki. According to the Estonian visa rules, it mentions that it is possible to spend upto 12 hours in Estonia without a visa if one is part of a ferry tour party. I was wondering, therefore, whether there have been people who have visited Tallinn as part of some tour party without an Estonian visa, and I would like to know what those tours might be. I am an Indian citizen trying to find out whether I need to make an Estonian visa. Thanks & Best regards.
