oldhouse apartments

Hi, has anyone stayed in the oldhouse apartments in uus street? they are part of the hostel and guesthouse of the same name. they seem central. we looked at a bit of luxury at the merchants house and wondered about one night there for pampering. the rest of our stay we would like a reasonably priced hotel for b&b but these apartments look attractive. thanks
