city guesthouse tallinn

hi everyone has anyone ever stayed in the city guesthouse in tallinn, if so what is it like. i have been given a quote for staying there in a single room between 12th-15th october and it seems very cheap. does anyone have any other suggestions on places to stay in the city centre on old town?? any help is appreciated mike
