Hi peer How do I travel from Tao yuen airport to Kingshi hotel (Ximen ding area)? Which airport transfer should we take? Will they send us to our hotel?
There are three ways to travel from airport to Taipei. 1.) HSR-High Speed Rail TWD165, 2.) Express Bus which is cheaper. 3.) Taxi which is expensive but you can make it door to door. I do not think Kingshi Hotel provide airport transfer. If you choose 1 or 2, it will drop you at the Taipei Main Station which you can make a transfer to Ximending by MRT. If you ask carefully you will be OK. not very difficult. When you are at the airport collect all the pamphlet for tourist which is free of charge and not to forget the Metro MRT pamphlet.
