Can I buy Budaixi the traditional Taiwanese hand puppets at the Taipei airport?

We only have a three hour layover at the Taipei Airport on our way to Bangkok. Can I find the traditional Taiwanese hand puppets (Budaixi) at a gift store in the airport? I would also be interested in finding Chinese dolls dressed in traditional costumes there as well. Has anyone seen them there in their travels? Thanks
