Anyone travelling in Taipei between 26Sep - 29Sep

Will be extend my stay after biz trip on 25Sep, due to the typhoon couldnt make it to Kaoshiung therefore I will stay in Taipei. I heard of a few places would like to travel on my own, please advice 1) Jay Chou's restaurant 2) oops!J nail parlour 3) 24hrs spectacle hour ( I would like to make spec while I'm there) 4) Where can I shop for office wear not too expensive? Are there any place I should have visit? Coz I have been in Taipei once visitng all the tourist area and will visit the WUFENPU again. Please help
