I live in SLT, would like to know If someone knows (Date now is 10/23/09)how to get to Kings Beach by bus, and a bus that will take us to Kings Beach but will not bring us back in till the next day?
The TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit) operates buses between all towns on the north and west coast of Tahoe. placer.ca.gov/Departments/Wo... BlueGo offers public transit in the South Lake Tahoe Area: http://www.bluego.org/ If you want to stay on public transportation, you can take BlueGo to the town of Tahoma and then connect to TART. (take the Trolley, route 30) This will take you around the long way of the lake, but if you have the time, is a beautiful drive!!
