My friend, who is a "balikbayan", is looking for a place to stay in tagaytay for 1 month. Are there any recommendations? Please give me the contact details. Thanks!!!
My suggestion is to check in place. You can stay for a couple of days in any hotel and search around. Personally I can stay anywhere for a couple of days, but I would be very selective for a place to stay for one month. Being there, you can bargain prices much better and check the real conditions, according to your own likes, dislikes and needs.

It depends on your budget.... There are lots of hotels, apartelles, inns, houses for rent in tagaytay...

Barbie, 1 month is quite long for sightseeing, even for a retreat, so if it's not too personal, what's her/his purpose for staying in Tagaytay? That will determine what kind of accommodation he/she might need. I mean, if he/she is planning to do some business planning, a hotel with a business center (facilities with computer, fax, etc) would be needed; if he/she wants to stay in Tagaytay to "recharge" (physically or spiritually), the requirements would be different. Also, will he/she have transpo service or will he/she commute? There are many factors to consider for a 1 month stay.

Thanks all for your response. He just like to relax and detox. I agree that he should check the place and try for a few days. If he likes it, he could extend his say and if not he can just look for another place.

This is late, but do try Villa Pura Resort if anything else comes up in the future. http://vpresort.blogspot.com/
