I am doing a project for Tadoussac and 160 radius for thier local food, what are some local food they have there, like poultry farms, eggs, cows, meat, everything like that, thank you :)

They specialize in Escargot (snails) and goat testicles

The Charlevoix region is renowned for its veal production, and they also produce some very good cheese (my favorite one is called Le Migneron).
