Alec, I should preface this by saying it is a few years since I was there and it was also off-season so things may have changed somewhat.
I didn't see any city tour bus but the central area with all the attractions is not that big and unless you have mobility details it is easily walkable. The had an excellent system where the route is painted as a red dotted line of the pavements and you follow these to see all the sights. You can get a guide explaining everything you pass. If it is still in place it is a good way to see a lovely city and not miss anything. Here is a tip on it.

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have anything like that in Szczecin. However, tourists may take a ride around the city with a historic tram. It is available every Sunday in July and August, twice a day. The ride takes more than an hour and the tickets cost 3.50 PLN (around 0.80 EUR).
