Top destination in Swaziland

I will have only 1 day for visiting Swaziland on my way from SA to Mozambique...which city, site should I visit primarily? manzini? or Mbabane? Please just send a recommendation rather then links..I have alrewady been trying to read on internet and it is not clear which city is worth visiting. Thanks!
