Hi, I need to find somewhere cheap to stay for one night next week near Sunningdale or Windlesham or even anywhere near train stations between Sunningdale and Waterloo.... Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well so far I've only found hotels with rooms for more than 100 GBP. I would like something a lot closer to hostel prices than that. Haven't managed to find a hostel yet.

I did think the Youth Hostels Association may be of use but the nearest is in Dorking and it looks a bit basic but cheap. The YHA hostels in London are generally good - could you consider one in central London and get a train out to Sunningdale? It isn't far from Waterloo - see www.yha.org and www.southwesttrains.co.uk. What about a Travel Lodge - they are good value.There is one at Staines and it would only be short train ride to Sunningdale again on South west Trains. Have a look at travelodge.co.uk/find_a_hote...
