Strasbourg/Colmar at Christmas

Planning on visiting Strasbourg over Christmas.. and as we will be there on Christmas Day we are looking for Hotels or Restaurants that will be catering for Christmas Dinner. we will have a hire car so should we have to travel that is not a problem, we were even thinking of Colmar.. Anybody have any suggestions so we could make an early reservation Thanks
