Travel by Train from Stuttgart Germany to Strasbourg, FR

Back in the summer of 2002 I landed at Stuttgart, Germany from Atlanta, Georgia USA. My final destination was Strasbourg, FR for school. Once we landed at Stuttgart we took the train to Strasbourg. I am trying to recall the towns we went through on our way. All I can offer is that we traveled at a relatively slow pace and had to switch trains 2 or 3 times. Due to jetlag, or whatever you want to call it, my memory of this leg of my trip is somewhat lost. I do believe we went through Karlsruhe on our way. Any ideas? Thanks!
