what are some good clubs in stockholm?

I found quite a few clubs but they mostly are from 21 and 23. why am writing here is to ask what are some clubs where a 19 year old guy could get into? since am guessing that there are places where 18 year olds and above go to. and another question. are they really strict with age, like if the club says 21. is it just a formality and if i actually go there i can get in? or is 21 the final answer and no chance i can get in? i also heard if you go early you might have a bigger chance to get in.. any help is appreciated. thank you
