Dolphine Point- in Calicut are there Dolphines? Swimming Beaches there? Elephant Rides?

Hi, I will be in Kozhikode a few days. I was told that there is a Dolphine Point- are there Dolphines indeed? And some more questions: Are there Swimming Beaches in Calicut (just to swim there)? And can I have Elephant Rides somewhere in Calicut? Leo
