Hello! Could you tell me if it is considered safe to travel to St.John's for a couple of days if one is a female and traveling alone? Is the town considered safe and are there any general things that should be avoided? Thank you!

St. John's is possibly the safest city in Canada. You should obviously be aware of yourself and your surroundings on George Street late at night when the area is swarming with drunk tourists, but you're otherwise fine.
