if I have a flight leaving st john at 5:20AM, is there buses still running at that time of the day

from downtown area? I tihnk I would get to airport like 3AM. I am thnking of staying somewhere around Gower st. city hostel ty Daisy

    hi Daisy, (had to shorten your title in order to be able to reply) Here's a link to St.John's Airport : stjohnsairport.com/index/ind... The Airport is within 15 minutes from downtown and using a taxi is suggested. Link below is about public transport in St.John's: foundlocally.com/stjohns/Tra... St John's Transit runs from 6:00am until 12 pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 9 am to 10 pm on Sundays. Another tab in same link writes: >> I wish you a good transfer from downtown to airport.

    make sense so I prob will return my car at 1AM that is when they close and spend the rest of time inside of the airport until I get to check in around 3.. no biggy ty so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Metrobus workers have been on strike since November 4, 2010, with no signs of union or management coming to resolution any time in the forseeable future. But, there was no public transit shuttle available, anyways, so you'd be taking a cab no matter what.

    OMG still on strike? it is jan now wow I am planning to go in early june, hopefully it will be resolved then
